Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. The moment you know you will not be able to make your appointment, please give 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of half of your service fee; no show is 50% charge as well. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will most likely need to reschedule to accommodate other clients that are scheduled after you. If you no show/no call two times, I will no longer be able to provide you with our services. Your card is required to book but will not be charged at the time of booking.
